Artwork

As soon as you start to consider choosing any promotional gifts it is helpful if you have your artwork ready. This will ensure you have no unnecessary delays and are able to have your finished promotional merchandise delivered to you when you need it.

If your artwork is not available in the right format we can re-draw it for you. If you need a new design our highly skilled in-house Design Team can work with you on your requirements. There may be a cost involved depending on your requests.

What format?

We accept EPS and PDF Files containing either high resolution bitmap images (300 dpi) for digital and litho print, or vector images for printing by other methods such as screen printing. With all artwork, fonts need to be converted to outlines to avoid design alterations when your files are opened.

Uploading images with your enquiry.

Including your artwork with your enquiry can speed up the quotation process as our Customer Service Team can see exactly what you require and tailor your quote accordingly.

Approval of artwork.

When you have placed your order, our Artwork Department will email a digital image of your artwork applied to your chosen promotional gifts to give you an idea of how it should look. You will need to check that this is exactly how you would like your products to appear, paying particular attention to details of spellings, phone numbers and email/web addresses. PG Branding cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions discovered after approval of artwork.

Ordering

Samples

We can have samples of your chosen promotional gifts sent out for you to make sure they meet your requirements. There may be a charge incurred to cover our costs. Please ask for details.

Turn-round times

Most products will be printed in up to 10 working days from approval of artwork. However, some may take longer, due to stock levels, whether or not they are imported, or if they are specialist items etc. We also have a small range of products which can be delivered on an express service if you are really short of time. It’s always prudent to place your order in good time to ensure you have your promotional items ready exactly when you need them. Please discuss your time scales with our Customer Service Team who will be able to give you an idea of how long your chosen product may be in production, so you can make an informed decision.

Making payment

Payment is required before your order is processed. On receipt of your Invoice the quickest and most convenient way of making payment is by credit card over the phone. Alternatively you could send a cheque or make a BACS payment; however, there may be some delay to your order as we await your account to clear.

Will my order be ready on time?

When you place your order you will be given an indication regarding the current lead time for your chosen products. Once payment is received and your artwork is approved you, will be given a date for delivery of your order. Any delay in payment or approval of artwork will setback your delivery dates.

We know how critical timing is for your business and do our best to ensure your order is with you by the given delivery date. However, occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control which may cause a delay in processing your order. If this were to happen you would be informed immediately and steps taken to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Products & Printing/Branding

The method of imprinting your artwork will be dependent on the nature of the product you have chosen. The usual methods are digital or litho printing, engraving, embroidery, embossing or blocking, moulding, heat transfer, pad or screen printing. In some instances there may be a choice, such as embroidery, heat transfer or screen print onto clothing. Our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you as to the best method to use to achieve the results you require.
